Rates - All rates are in Euro

Confirmation - All reservations will be confirmed instantly via e-mail after you've submitted the booking requests online.

Booking Guaranteed - Credit card details are ONLY used to guarantee (secure or hold) the reservation. The credit card will NOT be debited unless you fail to arrive and if you have not cancelled your reservation before the cancellation time given.

Payment schedule - Full payment requires at the hotel check-in counter upon arrival or checkout.

Payment method - The credit card such as American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diner, Switch are accepted.

Payment Currency - All payments are in Euro.

Cancellation - Reservations must be cancelled one day in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, an amount equivalent to one night average cost of accommodation will be charged. The cancellation policy may vary per room type; please check the room description as well.

Check out time - Check out time is at 12:00 hours. For an extension, please contact the Front Desk.

Taxes/Service charge - Rate per room per night, Excluding breakfast, Including service charge.
